   畠山義綱

   畠山氏（能登）永禄九年の政変（1566年）で義綱は重臣たちに追われ、越前へ退いた

3. 1567 –1576

   畠山義慶ほか

   畠山氏（能登）義慶を立てた重臣たち（長・遊佐・温井ら）が実権を握った。義慶は1574年に急死し、義隆・春王丸と幼主が続いた

4. 1577 –1578

   上杉謙信

   上杉氏七尾城は1577年9月に落ち、能登は上杉領となった（手取川の戦い）

   長連龍・温井景隆ほか

   諸勢力並立謙信の死後、織田方の長連龍が反攻して能登は織田方へ傾いた。1581年に前田利家が入る

10. Month 9Battle of Suemori Castle

    Sassa Narimasa of Etchū attacked Suemori Castle in Noto and Maeda Toshiie drove him off. The castle was held by Toshiie’s retainer Okumura Nagatomi, and Ishikawa Prefecture notes that this victory is said to be why the Maeda came to hold Kaga at a million koku.
