1510: The Battle of Nagamorihara and the Gongenyama Conflict - Sengoku Shogun Map
Nagao Tamekage's forces defeated and killed Kantō kanrei Uesugi Akisada at Nagamorihara in June after Akisada's invasion of Echigo. Meanwhile, a base held by Ise Sōzui's side at Gongenyama in Musashi came under attack by both Uesugi houses and became the scene of intense fighting.
