INTERACTIVE BATTLE
1585年11月 · Hitotoribashi, Mutsu Province
Date Masamune fought a coalition led by Satake Yoshishige and including the Ashina around Hitotoribashi. The Date army was hard pressed, but the coalition withdrew.
After the abduction and death of Date Terumune, Masamune pressed the war against Nihonmatsu. Lords across southern Oshu formed a coalition against Date expansion.
The Date army avoided destruction and the coalition withdrew amid pressures in Satake territory. The conflict continued toward the Koriyama campaign.

The battle reflected a clash between Date expansion and the dynastic and territorial order linking the Satake, Ashina, Nihonmatsu, and other houses.
